Villa Kavouráki is nestled in Isterni, a peaceful coastal village on the north-eastern side of Paros, just a few minutes from the charming port town of Naoussa. The villa enjoys a privileged position on the coastline, with uninterrupted views over both the Aegean Sea and the island's vineyards.

The entrance driveway is shared with one neighbouring home. Beyond the gate, the villa is entirely private — pool, terraces, gardens and rooftop are exclusively yours, with unobstructed sea views. We simply ask guests to keep noise levels reasonable out of respect for neighbours.

The villa is 150 meters away from the Skalakia beach. No car needed, it is a 5 minutes walk !

The villa sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. For wellness retreats and larger groups, an additional dormitory accommodating up to 4 guests is available upon request, bringing total capacity to 12.

Villa Kavouraki is a wonderful destination for families with children of all ages. Generous outdoor spaces, a pétanque court and wide open terraces make it a natural playground for kids and a relaxing haven for parents.
A complimentary baby kit — including a travel cot, high chair and car seat — is available free of charge upon request, so you can travel light.
Please note that the swimming pool is not fitted with a safety alarm. As with any private pool, the supervision of young children around the pool area remains the full responsibility of accompanying adults.
